Thriving Circles is a cohort-based professional development program for working women navigating the demands of leadership, career, and personal life. Each session is professionally facilitated by certified coaches Christina Leong and myself, blending group coaching, evidence-based tools, and peer learning. We take a whole-person approach — because sustainable success at work starts with thriving as a person. Participants will:
Develop practical leadership and communication skills
Build self-awareness and resilience through guided coaching
Apply proven strategies to manage competing demands and avoid burnout
Collaborate with a curated peer cohort for accountability and growth
Cohorts are intentionally small to foster trust, depth of learning, and a high-quality experience for every participant.
